Changes in Law Regarding Affidavit of Physical Inspection - Tuesday, January 12, 2010 or Tuesday, February 9, 2010: Effective July 1, 2010, the legal requirements and procedures for performing affidavits of physical inspection on motor vehicles will change. Training classes will be provided statewide and will consist of a four (4) hour block of instruction. Attendance is open to all Federal, State, and Local Law Enforcement Personnel at all levels.
